Preparation of Orange Juice

Preparation of Orange juice, a fine refreshing drink, interestingly involves a series of activities one after another. At first, ripe oranges are brought from the market. Next, the rotten ones are removed and those that are fresh are washed and cleaned properly. Thereafter, peeling the oranges they are put into a juicer to be crushed to extract juice. The extracted juice is then strained to remove the seeds and other refuses. Now, sugar is added to sweeten it. Preservatives are mixed at the later stage and stirred well. The juice is, afterwards, poured into sterilized bottles which are finally, sealed, labeled, and packed in the boxes. And they are sent to the market for sale.
