All the students of our school are hereby notified that the school is going to publish the twentieth issue of the annual school magazine 'Nabarun' this year. 

This is to let students of all grades know that they can fill their school magazine with their own creativity. You are humbly requested to write articles and poems, design short jokes or sketches to make the magazine very interesting. The best cultural activities will be selected by the team and printed in the school magazine with your name and class written.

Interested students are requested to give their creative works to their own class teachers by 2/06/2021. Students can also enlist the help of art teachers for creative ideas.

How a school magazine is published (Process Writing)

School Magazine is a memoir of all the students as well as the school's staffs and teachers. Interestingly, there must be followed some simple steps to publish the school magazine. First a notice is given on the notice board. Manuscripts are collected from students. Various articles on science, literature, sports poetry, etc. are perfectly screened and edited by veteran teachers. Necessary additions are changed and omitted.

Next a significant title of the school magazine is given and its content page is written accordingly. All manuscripts are then sent to the press for printing. The evidence is then read and corrected as necessary. Evidence is then sent for final printing. Until the end, the magazine was printed in book form. Books are distributed among students and teachers.

How a school magazine is published (Process Writing)

The School Magazine is a long awaited memento for every students and teachers of a school. But we must go through a series of simple steps to publish a school magazine. 

Students and staffs concerned are first asked to write their articles for publication in the journal. Manuscripts were then collected from the students and staff of the respective schools on various subjects like science, history, literature, short poems, funny jokes etc. 

After that, the manuscripts are sorted, added, edited and edited with the omission of requirements. A rough draft is then made and the manuscript and model of the book are sent to the printer. Next, the typing is done by press. A copy is then sent to the Magazine Committee. Then, some minor mistakes are corrected. The proof copy is then sent to the press for printing after the necessary corrections have been made. Until the end, the magazine was printed in book form. 

Finally, the printed books are sent to binding operators to distribute among students, teachers and others. Thus a school magazine is prepared.
