Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I, Amitav Nandi, have been your customer for a long time. Only yesterday I purchased a book entitled Oxford English Learner’s Dictionary at a discount rate of Rupees 520/- from your book store. By mistake I left it there instead of bringing it to home. The book has a blue cover containing 5435 pages. It is the eighth edition of the book under the authorship of A.S. Hornby. Its pages are full of pictures and illustrations with a CD Disk. There is a beautiful photograph on its cover page. The loss of the book has caused me a great deal of anxiety.
May I therefore, request you to find the book and keep it safely until I come to collect it? If you fail to find out the book, please let me know it as soon as possible.
I shall be highly obliged if you do the same.
Yours faithfully,
Amitav Nandi
