Subject: Complaint against unauthorized construction adjacent to the public park
Sir,
I want to lodge a complaint against Mr Amit Choudhury who is constructing a multi-storied building adjacent to the public park in our locality. The construction is illegal as the plot is the property of the committee authorized by the state government to look after the park. Moreover, some anti-social activists have made the under-construction building their den.
The people of this area feel insecure as the hooligans are encouraged by the promoter mentioned earlier. An atmosphere of fear and tension prevails in the locality especially during the evening. No attention is paid by them at our fervent appeal.
I, on behalf of all the residents of our locality would like the police to look into the matter and take necessary legal steps against these unauthorized construction and the antisocial activities. An immediate action will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Yours faithfully

Sir,
I, on behalf of my old ailing neighbor (Supriya Ghosh Address: 35, Bohar Sarani, Satgachia), hereby lodge a complaint against about a petty theft that took place last night in my adjacent building on the ground floor.
There are two rooms on the ground floor of the lady’s house. No one stays in those rooms and things which are rarely used, such as brass utensils, some tools, some old furniture are kept there. The thieves broke open the locks of the two rooms and robbed of utensils, tools and some of the furniture worth about 8000 rupees.
We came to know about the theft today when the domestic help arrived in the morning. The lady requested me to submit an official complaint letter at your police station.
Hence, please acknowledge receipt of this complaint, quoting the FIR number with date assigned to it. Kindly take necessary legal action in this regard.
Thank you.
Yours sincerely
Kamala Ghosh
