In spite of several road safety programmes, the numbers of accidents are on the rise and the reason behind most of them is mobile phones. People are often seen crossing roads while talking on mobile phones or with earphones on which increases the chance of accidents. Mobile phones should not be used while driving either.

It is high time that the common people become alert and authorities take effective remedial steps.

I had sent the letter through a registered post on November 10, 2021 vide your receipt number 2249. On that letter I wrote important information regarding my admission to a law college with some valuable documents. By telephone I knew that the letter had not reached yet to its destination even after two months. It seems that the letter has been lost in transit.
