Dear Sir,

It is with utmost respect that I am a first year student studying in your college. I am writing this letter hoping to waive my tuition fees in your college during the pandemic period of COVID -19.

My name is Satyen Roy and I have completed my high school studies from Memari V.M. Institution (Unit – 2) and since then enrolled myself for my further education in your institute. The education in this college will instill in me the necessary skills and knowledge that are required to stand out in the competitive world and achieve the goal of becoming successful and reputable.

Due to my financial condition, I am not able to afford the tuition fees in your institute. In the past few years, my family has suffered a huge loss, and we have come under the list of low income families. My family has an annual income of Rupees 72,000 only and our total members are 4. Apart from this, my younger brother's prolonged illness has created a heavy burden on our family.

My sincere requests to you please grant my tuition fee waiver as I am a dedicated and ambitious student who wants to achieve better in life. Moreover, I want to reduce the burden of my education on my family. I am sure that after my degree, I will get a decent job and finally be able to support my family.

I am attaching all the evidences that justify my hardship, and I am also attaching my previous degree grades. This will help you consider me as a genuine student who is academically brilliant but needs some financial help.
