Dear Students,

I hope this notice finds you in the best of health and spirits. We are excited to announce that our School will be hosting the Inter-School District Sports Competition this year. As the Secretary of the Sports Club, I am thrilled to invite all of you to participate in and witness this exciting event.

Details of the competition are as follows:

Date: 25^th December, 2023

Time: 10a.m.

Venue: Our School's Sports Ground

Events: 100 m race, 200 m race, Basket Ball, Football, Volley Ball, Kho-Kho, Chess, Cricket, Martial Arts, Essay Writing, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Pole Vault and Tug-of-war.

This competition is a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase their talent, sportsmanship, and team spirit. Whether you are an aspiring athlete, a dedicated sports enthusiast, or simply want to support your fellow students, we encourage your active involvement in this event. It's not just a competition; it's a celebration of sports and unity among schools in our district.

To participate in the sports competition, please register your name for the events you wish to compete in. Registration forms can be obtained from the Sports Club Room and should be submitted by 15 December, 2023.

We also need volunteers to help with organizing and managing the event. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Sports Club at 9876543210.
